About Us

The Sustainability Management and Audit Office of our university was established with the aim of contributing to the creation of a sustainable future in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which have gained significant global importance. The primary objectives of the office are to develop sustainability-focused policies, oversee the implementation of these policies, and report on their progress.

Our office aims to integrate environmental, social, and economic sustainability into all university activities, raising awareness among our students, staff, and the wider community. By fostering partnerships in local, national, and international projects with public institutions, the private sector, and civil society organizations, we strive to support the community’s active participation in sustainability processes. Our mission is to become one of the key actors in sustainable development, leading social transformation and societal advancement in our country.

The Sustainability Office also works in close coordination with various academic and social departments within our university. Our goal is to ensure that students experience an inclusive learning environment throughout their education, while building a high level of sustainability awareness. In the long term, we aim to reflect this awareness back into society, fostering lasting positive change.
